Help us make your Returns as pleasant and quick as possible!
- Returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise are gladly accepted within 30 days of the date shipped.
- All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip or you will be assessed a 15% stocking fee.
- All clearance items are final sale.
- We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by BonafideU. Please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Provide your name, order number and a brief description/reason for the return or exchange.
- Buyer pays return shipping as well as shipping of the exchange item unless previously agreed upon by a customer service representative.
- All returns are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt at a BonafideU facility. Refunds/credit associated with a return may take up to 10 business days to show up on your account (based on bank.)
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or DAMAGED RETURN items. If you feel it necessary, please put insurance on your return shipping.
If your order is defective or damaged
- If your order was damaged during shipping or an item has a flaw, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days from the time of receipt.
